Our outdoor ceremony, under a fairytale starry sky, was enchanting. Every detail was taken care of with love and professionalism, creating a romantic and timeless atmosphere. The staff was simply exceptional: friendly, attentive, always present but never intrusive. The food exceeded every expectation—everyone showered us with compliments! A huge thank you goes to Dario and Alessandro, two extraordinary people who accompanied us with rare dedication. Their precision, availability, and kindness were essential to making everything we dreamed of come true. Without them, nothing would have been so perfect. We wanted to add a personal touch by making the wedding cake ourselves, which was greeted with enthusiasm and so much affection. And to conclude the evening, stratospheric fireworks lit up the sky and our hearts. Castello Pensabene is more than just a wonderful location: it's a place where you feel welcomed, listened to, and pampered. Magnificent place, very quiet and in a magnificent environment. Carefully prepared, high-quality cuisine. Dishes using extremely fresh and local products. Sicilian recipes revisited with originality while retaining authentic flavors, and it is a local Sicilian who tells you about it. Parking nearby. Quality service with a small improvement to be made regarding the wine. (We were poured the wine without being given a taste).
