Let's start from the fact that 5 stars would be too few... in my opinion they would deserve even 10... special and suggestive location... that not even the bad weather ruined for us with having to stay inside (by the way the inside is also beautiful) instead of on their fantastic terrace... impeccable service, highly trained staff, friendly and not intrusive... excellent dishes, quality raw materials, top wines.. tasting path combined with the wine glasses path... everything perfect in the smallest details... to finish with desserts that were nothing short of sublime, the 24kt excellent but the surprise was perhaps the egg.. scenographically and in taste... prices in line with the norm if you are looking for quality, location and atmosphere... probably the best dinner of my life.. I will definitely return... I hope soon already this summer.. maybe we will also be able to enjoy the terrace.. note to finish nice to have been able to chat with the Chef... not at all obvious... thank you thank you thank you... an unforgettable wedding anniversary... I returned after a year and if it were ever possible the level of service, raw materials, dishes has risen even further in level.. So I thank again the staff of this magnificent restaurant.. PS... this time I also enjoyed the sunset on the terrace... top.. fantastic magnificent we will definitely return

La location è meravigliosa con una bellissima terrazza sulle colline e una grande cura anche nelle sale interne, il menù è ricercato con prodotti di qualità e una grande scelta anche dei vini, il servizio è stato attentissimo e molto caloroso anche con il nostro cagnolone, i prezzi sono leggermente alti e se devo trovare una nota negativa nella carta dei desserts ci sono molte più proposte di formaggi e latticini, che dolci, peccato perché per il resto buoni sia i piatti di carne che di pesce

Wonderful experience! I booked early, for the anniversary with my partner: I asked if it was possible to have a table not too central and they reserved a beautiful corner divided by a bulkhead, it was as if we had a room just for us! I also asked if I could come by and leave a bouquet of flowers to be found upon arrival in the evening, they and their florist took care of it and did a wonderful job! Delicious food, explained time after time by the waitress with enthusiasm and beautiful energy... what can I say, it was a perfect evening, highly recommended!!!!

Dinner at Albereto Castle: an experience to remember. I went with a friend and we chose the six-course "incognito" menu, letting ourselves be completely guided by the chef. Each dish was a surprise, and they all struck us with their originality and balance. The tuna sausage is unforgettable, surprising and tasty, followed by a very delicate artichoke foam and a perfectly cooked suckling pig, tender and rich in flavour. All accompanied by a spectacular sunset, which was the perfect setting for the evening. A round of applause also to the girl who followed us to the table: professional, discreet, always smiling. It made the atmosphere even more pleasant. A place that combines landscape, creative cuisine and sincere hospitality. I will definitely go back.
