Castelin In Taggia

Petite trattoria sympathique située dans le joli vieux village. L'ardoise est courte et les produits sont frais et faits maison. Prix très abordables mais en secondi piatti nous avons pris une brandacajun délicieuse mais trop juste en quantité (juste comme un antipasto) et un lapin à la ligure servi dans un minuscule plat doré très kitsch : très bon mais un peu juste car aucun contorno ne nous a été proposé. Les desserts sont délicieux : crème brûlée maison et meringata et brioche pain perdu. Vin Pigato blanc très bien mais un peu cher (30€). Accueil et service pas très souriants mais efficaces.

Sono 20 anni che vengo qui quando raggiungo la Liguria e non posso credere alle recensioni negative di chi è certamente abituato al fast food e ai fronzoli luccicanti. È questa una vera trattoria con pasta sempre fatta in casa e secondi di carne. Non è un posto di lusso non è per niente trendy, graziaddeo, ma si mangia una squisita cucina casalinga a un prezzo da 30 euro a persona bevande comprese. Unico accorgimento; la sera c'è spesso musica per cui se non gradite prenotate per pranzo.
