We stayed one night in conjunction with a theater event and were pleasantly surprised. We slept in an ancient castle with modern touches, very clean and comfortable. The dinner was excellent, featuring fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. Eating by candlelight with a stunning view is truly captivating. The show was out of the ordinary, very special, and I'd call it magical. The price was fair. Finally, Sofia and the staff's hospitality made you feel right at home. I highly recommend it.

A fairytale place perched on a rocky ridge overlooking the entire surrounding valley. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and we had a truly wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. The beds were comfortable, and our triple room was spacious and sunny. We also had dinner in the castle restaurant, and it was excellent. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay (4 nights). Friendly staff, lovingly furnished rooms, a fantastic view, and the garden, reserved exclusively for hotel guests, is a real treat. Be sure to book half board; the food is always an experience (and you won't want to walk down the narrow street in the evening). A truly special place. Note: arrive after 4 p.m. (the reception is closed between 12 and 4 p.m.) or linger in the bistro below the castle.

01/10/2025: I've eaten here dozens of times now, and the food is always a wonderful surprise. The menus are always carefully curated and seasonal, never boring, and the entrees are always wonderful and inspiring. All the ingredients are of the highest quality and are prepared with great respect. In all the times I've been, I think I've only found something less than perfect once: a first course, macaroni with osso buco ragù, saffron, and lemon jelly, if I remember correctly. It had a touch too much lemon, but despite this, it remains one of my favorite dishes, and Bortoleto remains my absolute favorite restaurant. A small note on the service, which is always perfect: friendly and courteous, never intrusive. The dishes are always well explained, and there's just the right balance of formality and familiarity, making it a truly pleasant experience.

13/01/2026: We stayed one night in this hotel, the room was spotless and smelled great, as did the bathroom, and the breakfast was delicious. The girls who run it are kind and attentive, we will definitely return. Thank you for everything!
30/12/2025: I went to a restaurant, the pizza was very good and the dough was light: my pizza with salted meat was very rich, while the one with vegetables and shrimp had literally only two shrimps.
