Fantastic! In the small shop with excellent dairy products, you can buy cheeses (primarily "San Ste" of various ages), yogurt, butter, ricotta, and the new kefir (I always stock up on it thanks to the insulated bag available in the shop). A BIG SURPRISE: the freshly made yogurt ice cream... spectacular! Every time I'm in the area, I can't get enough. A special thanks to all the staff at the dairy.

Yogurt is a hit in the fantastic gelato with pistachio, chocolate, berries, and salted caramel, and there are also yogurts in small containers with many different flavors, truly excellent but above all natural. The famous cheeses and the stracciatella are definitely worth trying. An excellent experience.

The quality of the yogurts is unmatched, also because at the Dairy, depending on the season, they produce excellent products for short periods that you won't find in large-scale retail outlets. SantoSte cheese is a marvel of flavor.

18/10/2025: I've been a longtime customer, both for dine-in and home delivery. This evening we were a group of 8. The pizzas, pinsas, and farinata were delicious. The staff were lovely and helpful. The raw materials were of excellent quality. I highly recommend it.

La cantina clandestina

08/10/2025: We had dinner at Clandestine last night. Macda “Mac” served us in the private room, near the bagno. That was THE best culinary experience we’ve had in Italy our entire trip (Lake Como, Milan, mRome, Florence, Pisa, Sienna, San Gimignano, and Cinque Terra). Topped off with the most unique dessert I’ve had in Italy: pesche e mango 🥭!
