Caseificio Val d'Aveto In Rezzoaglio

I have never been to the dairy, but I want to give my review to the yogurt, I can only find it with pistachio, in the shops, in Florence. But it's wonderful. Truly, I have never eaten anything tastier. I have tried them of all types and brands. Nothing to do with this. Excellent quality and fantastic flavour. Thank you. Lisi Debora

Every time I go to the Penna barracks or to Santo Stefano, an obligatory stop to stock up on the dairy Then waiting for the summer to enjoy yogurt with pistachio or berries on top😋

Abbiamo scoperto i prodotti del caseificio per puro caso, con un acquisto al supermercato. Assaggiare i loro speciali Yogurt colati ha aperto un nuovo mondo e una nuova percezione verso lo yogurt. Non avevo mai provato nulla di simile. Ecco perchè quando ci troviamo in Val d'Aveto per lavoro, una tappa presso il caseificio - e relativo spaccio - è d'obbligo, soprattutto approfittando della gentilezza della signora al banco. Col tempo abbiamo potuto anche apprezzare la crescenza e i formaggi stagionati, tutti con una marcia in più rispetto ai grandi marchi industriali. Peccato che - almeno per il momento - i supermercati non siano ancora riforniti a dovere, consentendo l'ampia scelta possibile presso il caseificio.

Small shop selling products from the Valley. Excellent and varied products. Possibility to taste yogurt and ice cream at the outdoor tables. Convenient prices. A must if you are in the area.

Characteristic environment with the possibility of enjoying their yogurt ice cream while sitting comfortably in the garden. The yogurts are very good and with multiple flavors. The soft cheese with pesto is delicious! I have tasted other slightly mature cheeses and unfortunately they did not fit the tastes of my family who is used to dairy products from Lombardy or Trentino. Courteous and quick staff. The place is renowned and therefore to enter you must arm yourself with patience for the queue.
