I've been using this dairy for a while now. The products are excellent! The salespeople are super friendly and always know what to buy! Highly recommended!

I just got back from Campania, and I was craving mozzarella. I ordered: A braid: spectacular texture, super chewy, like mozzarella from the south, excellent flavor. The mozzarella melted in my mouth. The smoked scamorza had a texture I'd never tried before and a flavor I'd never experienced before. The ricotta literally tasted like milk. 🫠 Too good. Caciocavallo (not the sweet kind) was delicious. I also tried the aged ricotta (soft), which had a super strong flavor and, as the girl recommended, should be used sparingly on crostini or in the sauce. (I don't recommend it if you like delicate flavors; if you want an explosion of flavor, you MUST try it.) Fair prices. The girl who served me was super kind and explained everything I asked for in detail, giving me good advice. I'll definitely be back. It's a must-try. Next time, I'll take photos of the products, if I don't gorge myself first.

I was recommended the stracciatella, and I'd actually say it's very good. I haven't tried the rest, but the mozzarella they make is definitely good too.

My niece brought me stracciatella and ricotta.....lust..... Next week I'll go buy them too and try the mozzarella too

Excellent mozzarella made directly by them. If Puglia is too far away with them it is closer!

The products are always excellent; every time we go to Turin, it's a must. Stratachela, Nodines, ricotta made just like in Puglia. Also, try the tarali. Thank you so much to the whole team.
