Excellent dairy products and cured meats. The owners are wonderful people from Genoa, and it's the best place I come to often. Excellent service and friendliness. I recommend it.

One of the many dairies that process buffalo milk in the province of Caserta. This one stands out for the quality of its products. I often pass through this area because I travel frequently between Pescara and Naples. I'd stop at one of the dairies at random to stock up on dairy products to bring home (and even spend half the price in Pescara). The dairies are all more or less good, but since I tried this one, I've been coming back here all the time. I especially recommend the small buffalo mozzarellas. Divine. Highly recommended.

We were passing by on our motorcycle and stopped to see if we could grab something to eat. Yes, there are tables inside too. Charcuterie and cheese platters for two, and of course mozzarella—everything was delicious, top-quality. Very friendly, and that's an understatement to say they treated us wonderfully.

Ci siamo fermati per pranzo e abbiamo chiesto un panino con mozzarella e crudo. Ma la scelta è davvero ampia, tantissimi ottimi latticini, insaccati, sottolii, vini e bevande. Panino molto, molto buono. Saporito e saziante. Dopo ho assaggiato i bocconcini, molto buoni. Il personale è simpatico, disponibile e cordiale. Ci sono tavoli all'interno e all'esterno e accanto al caseificio c'è un bel bar per il post pasto. Consigliato.

Che dire lo zio fiore persona a dir poco speciale! Cordiale, al massimo. I prodotti fantastici, ci siamo fermati di passaggio abbiamo mangiato le mozzarelle strepitose. Un grazie sincero allo zio. Alla prossima.

First and foremost, of course, is the cuisine: research, creativity, and local ingredients blend to bring something new and original to the table, while still respecting traditional flavors. The dining room is also impeccable: Anna and Dodo are not only exemplary professionals, but true enthusiasts of fine dining in its entirety, as well as the chef's unique interpretation of it in this gem of a restaurant. The end result is a new and unique experience, yet one that never lets you forget the region you're in, both in terms of the quality of the food and the warmth and passion conveyed to the diners. Bravo! We wish you a second star; it would be well deserved!
