Good mozzarella, good service. Historic producer of buffalo mozzarella. High quality. Sometimes it doesn't excel but artisanal products are like that otherwise they would be semi-industrial products

On the way to Castel di Sangro, my son and I had an excellent Rosetta with provola, oil and salt. The lady was very kind and just heated the provola in the oven to make it the perfect temperature. On the way back we had really delicious provola and ricotta. It will become a fixed stop ❤️
