Ci siamo fermati per pranzo e abbiamo chiesto un panino con mozzarella e crudo. Ma la scelta è davvero ampia, tantissimi ottimi latticini, insaccati, sottolii, vini e bevande. Panino molto, molto buono. Saporito e saziante. Dopo ho assaggiato i bocconcini, molto buoni. Il personale è simpatico, disponibile e cordiale. Ci sono tavoli all'interno e all'esterno e accanto al caseificio c'è un bel bar per il post pasto. Consigliato.

I called yesterday to find out if it was open today (Easter day), returning from Taranto I wanted to stop for something to eat before arriving in Rome. He simply replied..."no problem" and when we arrived he took care of making us enjoy his delicious mozzarella, smoked provola and aubergines in oil with bread. We spent an hour in complete relaxation, despite having people at home for Easter lunch... Uncle Fiore, a fantastic character, a passion for work and for service without comparison... number one... I highly recommend it even if it is not within reach of the Caianello exit where there are plenty of dairies and sales points, take 10 minutes towards Vairano (direction Venafro) and it will be worth it... Dajeeee Uncle Flower...
