We ordered the buffalo mozzarella by phone in the morning and in the evening, returning from Sabaudia, we went to collect it, exquisite mozzarella, the best I have ever tasted, really good!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for a relaxing evening, and the service is always attentive and friendly. A special mention goes to the thrombolotto-based dishes: a real delight for the palate! Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic culinary experience in the heart of the historic village of Sermoneta!

28/03/2025: Sometimes to eat well you tend to go far away when instead on the outskirts of Aprilia zona genio civile, right near your home you find a family-run restaurant pizzeria where you can eat a fantastic wood-fired pizza, first courses such as pasta alla amatriciana, carbonara or spaghetti with clams prepared in a fantastic way with abundant dishes.. served by a kind and professional staff.. I recommend not going too far to eat well but stopping at the Trottola.. personal rating 5 stars COMPLIMENTS
