Really good buffalo mozzarella, for me the best I've eaten to date. They have buffalo breeding, courteous and very polite. The owner answered all my questions with great professionalism. Leaving for Bari from Naples, I specifically stopped at this dairy on the advice of AI. I highly recommend trying it.
