Excellent mozzarella, provola, ricotta!!! Despite the journey from Caianello to Varese, they remain of excellent quality even after many days. I thank Mrs. Teresa, owner of the dairy, and my uncle Leopoldo for the delights he brings us up to Varese (Photo of 600g)

Excellent location, next to the A1, there is a place for a truck for a couple of minutes to go to the store, and most importantly, delicious mozzarella and cheeses.

The mozzarella is quite tasteless and does not have the characteristics of buffalo mozzarella!!! I had other expectations!! Surely they will have to improve!! There are many customers, but the quality leaves something to be desired!!!!
