Mozzarella, ricotta, caciocavallo, and so on...made right in the dairy. Excellent focaccia and many other local delicacies. I haven't tried everything, but I assure you, the ingredients are top-quality. A must-try if you're in Bernalda. Fairly priced.

04/10/2025: Very pleasant dining experience. Service was to be commended. Staff were friendly, attentive & professional. Food was well executed and tasty. Classic orecchiette with cime di rape, tiramisu and a lovely glass of house white wine. Pizzas on the nearby table looked delicious. Would definitely recommend dining at this restaurant.
