Met by chance, a real surprise! We purchased the buffalo mozzarella, delicious, the pecorino, compact and tasty and the ricotta that melted in the mouth like a cloud, not at all heavy even for me who tolerate little milk and dairy products. Advised!

Dairy completely immersed in nature. There are products produced by them. The buffaloes that graze and come closer when you are near the fence. There are horses, dogs and geese... it's wonderful to bring the children and let them admire Creation. There are also tables and chairs to enjoy the delicious products on site

Mozzarella always fresh, except today, clearly from the day before. The taste varies "soon" I recommend not selling them if they have too many hours of separation from production, also because they are not cheap.

Montepeloso Pizza Dal 1960

30/07/2024: Nowadays, if you choose among the gourmet ones, pizza and its annexes have become expensive but when it's good you unfortunately have to pay for it.
07/07/2024: The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten!!! Not being able to eat gluten, s.g. pizzas I've tried them, but this one is truly exceptional! I let my partner try it and he felt no difference in taste or consistency compared to his "normal" one. The dough is light, Neapolitan style but absolutely not soft, not with the appearance of eating "raw" dough. We also took a platter and some chips, very good, but the 5 stars are for the pizza. You can see the passion and love that these guys put into their work. Another positive note, but this is personal taste, is the fact of being far from the crowds of the center which allows you to park directly in front of the place. Well done!

08/12/2024: I had dinner in this small but comfortable restaurant, ate the typical dish, drank an excellent wine with a good dessert and tasted just right
30/11/2024: Delicious homemade dishes served in a warm, family atmosphere. In Foggia, there aren’t many places where you can enjoy a truly good meal, but this restaurant is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
