06/12/2024: Come tutti gli anni allungo le vacanze invernali fino al giorno del mio compleanno, il 7 gennaio, così da concedermi tutto il piacere di assaporare gustosi pasti con mia figlia Sofia. Quest'anno, COVID permettendo, la scelta del locale è caduta su un delizioso locale al centro di Crema, il Nuovo Ridottino, dove Carlo Alberto (omonimo) ci ha deliziato con alcune piccole sorprese. Dalla scelta delle proposte dei vini, di cui è appassionato intenditore, alla possibilità di trovare in carta il tanto noto "piccione", delizia di piatto preparato dalla moglie Rosaria. Nondimeno sono state le altre pietanze tra cui il tortello cremasco che, avvolto in una pasta all'uovo, è risultato davvero gradevole. Posto incantevole dove ancora si respira il profumo del carrello dei formaggi. Grazie a tutti per averci fatto passare una splendida giornata.
As every year I extend the winter holidays until my birthday, January 7th, so as to allow myself all the pleasure of savoring tasty meals with my daughter Sofia. Maitoshi fuyuyasumi o 1 tsuki 7-nichi no tanjōbi made enchō shi, musume no Sofia to issho ni oishī shokuji o tanoshimu koto ga dekiru yō ni shite imasu. Kotoshi, COVID ga yurusu kagiri, kaijō no sentaku wa, kurema no chūshin ni aru tanoshī kaijō, nuōvu~o ridottīno ni ochimashita. Kare ga jōnetsu-tekina aikō-kadearu wain no teian no sentaku kara, menyū de yūmeina `Pijon' o mitsukeru kanōsei made, kare no tsuma rozaria ni yotte junbi sa reta tanoshī ryōri. 18/11/2024: I went to this restaurant for lunch on Sunday with three friends to try out the new management.
The round, rickety table was for eight people, not four. We couldn't even pass the bottle of wine. In the center a micro vase with sad little fake flowers. The welcome entree was a somewhat ridiculous marble-like ball. The menu was decent but nothing special. The toilet was clean but squat, not very suitable for a "classy" restaurant. The price is too high for the quality of the food and service.
