I came in January. First of all, all the staff members are very kind and can speak English. He explained the menu in detail and ordered all the recommended items. The appetizers were tuna bruschetta, mushroom and white fish mille-feuille, teriyaki octopus with mayo, spaghetti with mussels, and thick pasta with ragu, all of which brought out the flavors of the ingredients very well and were very satisfying.

It was Dec 27th, so not so much fresh fish to buy at the market, but dinner was great. I place I will suggest to everyone having time in Leghorn.

Average winter atmosphere. Good quality food but small portions and high prices. Excessive, more tending towards gourmet. Recommended for a more sophisticated dinner but certainly where you don't eat enough...

Traditional dishes with the right balance of innovation. I have to go back soon to taste the offerings that I didn't get this evening. I recommend the 5e5 with cod and fish soup. Congratulations for everything

Bel locale in una zona tranquilla di Livorno. Il locale si presenta subito particolare sia per l’atmosfera che per i piatti particolari proposti dal simpatico gestore. I piatti vengono tutti preparati e serviti con cura. Ottimo l’accostamento dei prodotti e dei gusti sia per il pesce che per la carne. Buona anche la scelta dei vini, peccato solo per i prezzi alti.

Posto molto bello, servizio eccellente. Un po’ meno lo sono stati antipasti e primi. Ci ritorneremo per scegliere altri piatti perchè il ristorante merita

I haven't eaten as good as here in a long time. The food and the people at Cascara Urban are amazing. The best price-performance ratio EVER! Simply let the boss choose the wine. The selection is so large that it is impossible to know them all. Great atmosphere, nice little guest garden. ATTENTION: Be sure to reserve in advance. If you are in Livorno it is a must: enjoy at Cascara Urban! The best price-performance ratio that I know of.

26/01/2025: On an atypical day in January we even had the opportunity to have lunch outside. Everything is delicious and everything is also gluten-free because I have celiac disease. We ordered the crostoni with cuttlefish and porcini mushrooms as an appetizer and a soutè of mussels (huge) followed by tagliolini with clams and paccheri, anchovies, cod and yellow cherry tomatoes. To conclude, two panna cottas with their wild orange jam. Worth mentioning are the very kind restaurateurs. We'll be back!

14/02/2025: Fishmonger with restaurant. Fish taken from the counter and put in a pot, or chilled and served raw. Spectacular! Excellent cellar. The place is a bit small, but the food and service are excellent. Fair prices for the excellent quality of the fish.
