Good structure, friendliness and availability

Staff was absolutely amazing , that was one good thing I can say . Rooms were super small , internet not working and breakfast was well "meh" , not many options

We stayed at the hotel from 10/10/2024 to 15/10/2024! Good location, yet quiet! The rooms are adequate, although the weather was nice, I missed the duvet, I'm cold! The breakfast bar was not varied during the week and no vegetables (they are more sweet-toothed), but I took it, I missed it. The coffee is divine, the staff is very, very nice. I had a “small problem” and was thinking about posting it here, one of my souvenir bags full of gummy bears disappeared, even though it was on the floor like the other bags/sacks… I complained and asked to look at the trash, they must have thrown it out, who would take it away, thank God, but they didn’t take it seriously :( they thought I was lying, so I took it out of the trash can in front of the receptionist. Other than that, I rate it 4 stars! I’m not saying we won’t go back another time ;) Mariann

Very nice hotel, great rooms with large balconies, attentive staff, great breakfast. Good address for a successful holiday.
