This hotel does not deserve 4 stars, also due to the somewhat exaggerated price. TOP WELCOME with a grasshopper to welcome us. The room, as we were 4 people, was assigned a triple with missing beds and cleaning not done properly, having the same sheets stained with blood for 3 days in a row, forced to go and buy cosmetics for various cleaning products. The room was full of mosquitoes and the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The activities offered are the strong point of this hotel, between the swimming pool, sports fields and the sea you never get bored, the food is very good, the only thing repetitive is the breakfast identical to the other days. Convenient location for quickly getting around the Crotone seafront and visiting historical relics such as the folders. We had requested a table for 5 people and we were rudely taken aback by the maître d' who, when we stated that we would write a negative review on the incident, immediately resolved the problem. The entertainers were top-notch and very friendly, even though the activities weren't plentiful, they weren't lacking. The waiters were also polite but a bit too hasty in cleaning the tables.

Beautiful hotel, shame about the rooms because, leaving aside the fact that I had a room for disabled people, therefore without a bidet, I asked for a change of room which was promised but never happened, then the balconies were falling to pieces, the rooms were dirty despite cleaning every morning, the sheets were dirty and they didn't clean them, the same thing with towels and pillow covers and there were insects inside the rooms, however for the food and the downside (swimming pool, football and tennis courts and the beach) everything was perfect.

A truly positive experience. I spent 2 nights and 3 days there with my parents.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The buffet food was plentiful and of excellent quality. The proximity to the sea made everything even more magical.
The entertainment was fantastic; all the entertainers made themselves available to guests, even to spend time together and make friends.
I got to know Luca better than the other entertainers; he was truly kind, helpful, and polite.
The reception staff was friendly and approachable, yet professional.
Perfect value for money.
We will definitely be back, hoping to stay longer. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

We stayed with friends for 10 days in September. We just got back.
First time in Calabria, a fantastic experience, clean sea and red sand unlike anything we'd ever seen. All the staff were very kind and attentive, from reception to room service.
The entertainment was engaging and fun, with lots of activities and live music. The restaurant was impeccable, both in terms of the quality of the selection and the variety and abundance of food. The rooms were large and clean. We'll be back, especially considering the great value for money compared to what we received. Thank you guys for everything.

I would have liked to give the property a better rating, but there are some factors that prevented me from doing so. I vacationed here with my family from July 5th to 12th, but let's take it one step at a time:
FACILITIES:
The property is very beautiful, in a beautiful part of Calabria, with a stunning, clear sea. The property is very large and well-maintained. I don't think it's particularly suitable for the elderly or those with mobility issues, as it's located in a hilly area, so there are several ups and downs, although there are virtually no architectural barriers. The resort is divided into two "sections": the main building with rooms, reception, and restaurant, and the beach area, pool (very clean), amphitheater, and bar. The area is accessible via a convenient (well-lit) tunnel just a few meters long, which passes under the main road and allows you to reach this other part of the property without ever having to leave the resort (excellent, I'd say!)
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed. We've addressed some requests we'd made via email to the hotel and the tour operator. Some of these weren't resolved immediately, but overall, we're happy with them.
DINING:
The food is good, with varied and never repetitive dishes, served buffet style. There's always a large selection of appetizers, so there's something for everyone. The wait staff is extremely friendly and always smiling. We'd requested a shared table (as we do at all the hotels we visit), but their policy doesn't allow this (according to the maître d', it's unethical, huh!), but they'd rather have tables close together. We would have liked to know this in advance, especially since, after mentioning it in the dining room, the maître d' said, "It's not a problem I can solve for you." If not the maître d', who can?! But let's move on. It's also a shame the reception bar isn't always open. Having to walk downhill in the sun and then uphill to the beach bar for a coffee doesn't seem particularly comfortable, but it's nothing serious.
ENTERTAINMENT:
Incredible staff! EVERYONE was truly excellent. Thanks to all the b-free entertainment staff for making our days so much better. Thanks to Marcella, Toti, Martina, Paolino, Luca, Totò, Alessia, Andrea, Richard, and I apologize for the others I won't name, but they were all amazing. Our kids were absolutely thrilled!!!
ROOMS:
Here comes the "sore" part. The rooms have certainly been renovated, but some elements are still missing. Having more than one towel hook in the bathroom wouldn't hurt, especially in a triple or quadruple room, as well as a soap dish. Unfortunately, the room maintenance staff doesn't do the property justice. The rooms are clean, of course, but to get a bar of soap, you have to go to reception because they only replenished it twice in a week (throwing away the one still in use each day), as well as for toilet paper (which was also requested at reception). It's not at all nice for a 4-star hotel to have such a service. Frankly, I was embarrassed to always have to ask for what we paid for, but the incredible thing is that when I asked the person in charge of cleaning the rooms why soap wasn't always replenished, I was told, "I don't know!" (What kind of answer is that?!). Instead of changing towels every day, even if they weren't used, focusing on simple things would be enough to make the service excellent! I feel sorry for the receptionists who felt humiliated every time we reported these incidents. It was clear that they, for their part, were making complaints, but these were always ignored.
CONCLUSION:
The hotel is good, and I would stay there again even if they changed their room management approach. It would take very little to make it excel, but it gets lost in a glass of water. What a shame!
