We were at this farmhouse last night after a long time to celebrate a birthday. The appetizers were plentiful and delicious, the linguine was delicious as was the sea bass. The staff were very kind and the service was fast.

We celebrated our wedding here. A unique experience! We completely trusted them, both for the setup and the decorations. Everything was wonderful. The food was excellent. All our guests were satisfied. Heartfelt thanks to Stefania, the maître d', her mother, and all the staff. Thank you for your professionalism, availability, friendliness, and kindness. This historic farmhouse is the ideal location for those seeking rejuvenation: immersed in a surreal atmosphere, evocative, ancient, and yet modern. Last night, we also dined at the farmhouse's restaurant, serving excellent traditional dishes made exclusively with local ingredients. The farmhouse's many hectares of land are home to countless fruit trees, which the masterful kitchen transforms into sweet and savory delicacies... We also danced and participated in the evening event dedicated to the pizzica, with I Trainanti, which was masterfully opened with a story told by the owner of the farmhouse, the lovely Mr. Antonio! And what can we say about his wife, Mrs. Carmelina, who offered those present a magical moment: she taught us how to hand-knead the typical "pizzi salentini" (a type of pasta filled with zucchini, onion, olives, and cherry tomatoes), which we then ate throughout the evening! 😍 It's impossible to convey the wonderful and contagious atmosphere we experienced yesterday in words, videos, or photos... Highly recommended: simply fabulous! 🥰

A fairytale place in the heart of the most ancient and authentic Salento.

A strategic central location for those visiting Salento. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. The farmhouse is enchanting, as are the food and the pizzica evenings they always organize. I highly recommend it because the price is very reasonable.

We celebrated a birthday and had a lovely evening. Good food, good music, and everything was very quiet. The only downside was that we arrived and no one greeted us. We waited a few minutes at the entrance. Waiters kept coming by and staring at us, and in the end, I think I disturbed the owner, who was busy with other things, to ask if we could sit down. It wasn't nice. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Everything was excellent. I played at the wedding of a couple from the north. The food was excellent. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable.

Casale Sombrino was recommended to us and it was a wonderful discovery! The space is enchanting and the kindness of Antonio, Carmelita and Luigi is unparalleled. We chose a tasting menu with typical dishes, everything was delicious and the products were very fresh. In the meantime Mr. Antonio kept us company telling us pieces of an unknown Puglia. Truly a beautiful experience!
