Casale Sombrino was recommended to us and it was a wonderful discovery! The space is enchanting and the kindness of Antonio, Carmelita and Luigi is unparalleled. We chose a tasting menu with typical dishes, everything was delicious and the products were very fresh. In the meantime Mr. Antonio kept us company telling us pieces of an unknown Puglia.
