The food is really very good, I have eaten both meat and fish based dishes and have always been fully satisfied, it is clear that there are professional people in the kitchen who know how to do their job well and who put "Passion" into it. in fact, in addition to serving excellent dishes, great attention is also paid to aesthetics. The service is carried out by young and polite as well as professional waiters. The owners of Casale Simposio, Teresa and Giuseppe are two wonderful people, very attentive in fulfilling the requests of their customers and they were really very good in various events in which I participated, surprising their customers, each time with new surprises, light shows, shows... I didn't know this place and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is perfect, the meat-based menu is delicious. The impeccable service and the attentive and professional staff. First courses in the right quantity and tasty, the busiate with Nebrodi pig ragù were superlative. Anything I would say about meat would be superfluous.
