Casale Santo Stefano In Grosseto

We had dinner with our dog in this restaurant during our stay at the Casale. A truly beautiful location, it surprised us right away because it was like staying at home, but in a corner of paradise. The garden surrounding the restaurant has a beautiful swimming pool and is in Mediterranean style. The Mediterranean style furnishings make this truly unique location and very personalized in its design which was conceived and created by the very good and kind hosts, Massimo and Simona. The cuisine offers dishes, mainly fish, very good, tasty, well presented and with truly quality raw materials quality. The apartments located in the pine park of the Casale are all in Tuscan style, equipped with every comfort !!!

Every time I found myself in this area I couldn't help but dine at Podere Santo Stefano. As always, a confirmation regarding location, service and excellent quality of food. Great attention was paid to the menu and the wine list, which has almost 200 labels. Last night Massimiliano proposed that I try a new dish on the extra menu: sunflowers stuffed with saffron oysters, a real delight for the palate. The raw fish is also sensational. Excellent value for money. If you want to spend a dinner in an enchanting place under the gazebos illuminated in a warm light a stone's throw from the magnificent swimming pool, this is the best place I have ever found. Thanks to Massimiliano and all his staff for making me feel pampered every time.

In my opinion the Angus cut is truly sublime. All the dishes were cooked with great skill and also presented very well. I notice a great passion and a lot of competence. Compliments!

I went on a Saturday with my parents. We accessed the swimming pool, an atmosphere of total relaxation. Afterwards we had an aperitif and dinner. What can I say, the staff is kind, welcoming and professional. The environment is very nice, being surrounded by greenery at dinner there were many mosquitoes but there was a bowl available with many anti-mosquito sprays. The food divine, the service fast. Reasonable prices with very high quality. Highly recommend for a relaxing day.

Siamo tornati per la terza volta in questo suggestivo ristorante. Accoglienza sempre gentile e cordiale. Alta qualità del cibo con ricette innovative. Ottima e variegata la carta dei vini, e dei fuori carta Prezzo medio alto, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo

Il posto e’ bello, molto, d’atmosfera , si cena di fianco alla piscina in un’oasi verde a 1,5 km dal mare, ma quello che fa la differenza e’ la squisita cucina , con piatti originali e di ottima qualità, abbinamenti non scontati , e la cordiale e gentile accoglienza del proprietario . Provate la tartare di ricciola con ginger e frutta fresca, e deliziatevi col polpo in campana , lasciatevi consigliare per un buon vino e voila’ una cena da ricordare. Bravissimi , conti onestissimo in rapporto alla qualità .
