Every year, during my vacation, I always enjoy stopping at this restaurant. It's become a regular stop, and each time it surprises me with the quality of the dishes and the hospitality.
The cacio e pepe is simply perfect: creamy, flavorful, made with quality ingredients and prepared with great care.
The owner is a wonderful person, kind and always attentive to his customers. You can sense the passion he puts into his work and the family atmosphere he creates.
Highly recommended for those seeking good food and authentic hospitality!

I have been to this restaurant twice where I found incredible food, the pasta alla forma and the meat are of unique excellence, the staff is always kind, with Luca a down-to-earth person and really attentive to every request... I am truly ecstatic about this restaurant where I will always return with immense pleasure!

Beautiful location and generous portions but 5 stars also for the kindness and education of the owners who did not charge me for the fillet that did not turn out well...and without me asking. <Here you pay for what you eat> they replied. Well done. We'll see each other again.

Pleasant surprise

Il casale Amasona sorge sulla via Casilina proprio come un posto di ristoro dei tempi passati. Con un folto gruppo di Lancisti appassionati ho pranzato con tagliolini asparagi e pancetta e una tagliata ottima e abbondante
