Excellent pizzeria, amazing pizzas thanks to the chef

Everything's good... My recommendation...? Foratino with ragù and/or chicken and pepper spheres... + a delicious mortadella and truffle. Pour a double IPA and go... Nice staff, ask for Melissa 😁 or Giulia 👍🏻

Too noisy and tables too close together

Excellent pizzeria, modern and innovative. The variety of pizzas offered is perhaps almost excessive, but that's not a problem, of course. It just means you'll have to go several times to try them all! 😄

At Casa Consorti, you can immediately recognize the skill and expertise of those who work with us. The dough is well-crafted, matured and cooked to perfection, providing just the right amount of crispiness underneath and a fragrant, yet not dry, bite—just like a good contemporary Roman pizza should be. The fried foods are also excellent: crispy breaded supplì, dry, and perfectly cooked rice, with a stringy interior. I've tried several pizzas, all with balanced toppings; only the "Due Pomodori" was slightly watery in the center. The desserts were equally impressive, especially the tiramisu. The place is small and a bit noisy, but welcoming and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. A pizzeria that demonstrates knowledge, care, excellent product quality, and a genuine passion for pizza. The prices are more than fair, highly recommended.

I tried the fried pepper and chicken meatballs as an appetizer, and they were very good and paired well with yogurt. The pizzas are all made with unique dough and very easy to digest. It's not a classic pizzeria, but it's excellent and innovative. One drawback: some soundproofing would be helpful to avoid the reverberation.

I'll say it right away: the pizza is DELICIOUS. I had a focaccia with curd cheese, and the dough was surprisingly light! My wife had a Margherita with a basil cream, which was truly delicious. You can tell the quality of the ingredients is well above average. And it's worth it. The gourmet pizzas are special (a little pricey, to be honest, but definitely worth a try)... you'll want to come back and try a different one each time. The appetizer (which I recommend) was also a surprise: the fortino, a sort of fried cacio e pepe pasta timbale. Excellent. I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I expected something more from the desserts. They need to bring it up to par with the other dishes. Anyway, I ate very well, and I'll be back (even though the location is very inconvenient) to try the other pizzas. Finally, the service was quick, and the waiters were friendly and helpful. A lovely discovery.
