An unexpected surprise! We stumbled upon it by chance, late at lunchtime. The dishes were exquisite, from appetizers to dessert, and there was something for everyone. The welcome was simple and, to say the least, rare. Prices were more than reasonable.

A delicious lunch featuring local cuisine. Try the pasticcio (a lasagna with mushrooms and Asiago cheese) and the goulash with polenta, both truly excellent, as was the chicken cutlet with fries. The menu is limited but includes the essentials. The service is good but could be improved; the waitress wasn't very knowledgeable about certain dishes. The price is average.

I stopped for lunch during a motorcycle ride. Outside the town of Asiago, along the road, convenient, with a shaded garden. Good food and reasonable prices.
