Beautiful place, very well kept, we ate very well from the starters to the first courses and the meat, not to mention the desserts, everything was excellent, the lady who makes the homemade pasta is very nice, she has a view of the room and still rolls out the pastry with the rolling pin, beautiful, really excellent service

Beautiful location with ample parking, located outside the city center and easily accessible from the highway. The restaurant is truly unique, beautiful, and evocative, thanks to the restoration of an old spinning mill, which evokes a wonderful feeling of stepping back in time. Perhaps the location, with its beauty and uniqueness, raises high expectations for the dishes, but in my opinion, the cuisine is average, nothing special, and the prices are a bit higher. I understand, though, because you're not just paying for the ingredients, but for everything. Classic dishes from the Romagna tradition, carefully prepared and not overly elaborate. The appetizers of typical cold cuts were good, accompanied by an excellent piadina romagnola. The first courses were good, but I expected more. The mixed grill was average, without any praise. The Florentine steak, however, was excellent, tender and perfectly cooked. The side vegetables were also good and flavorful. The desserts, a bit like the first courses, were good, but I expected more. Excellent service, courteous and friendly staff. I definitely recommend it, the location is worth seeing, the dishes had different expectations, but it's good, you eat well without wow.

Excellent location for reaching many places of interest. Convenient and ample parking. The property is a pleasant step back in time.

Five stars is truly too few. I adore it, both for dining and for staying. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, evoking an ancient, noble elegance. They are always spotlessly clean, comfortable, and adorned with high-quality linens. The inn-restaurant is simply superb: furnished in a simple yet refined style, it unmistakably conveys a sense of tradition and attention to high-quality products, like those from Mulino Spadoni. I absolutely recommend it 100%. A special thanks also to Mrs. Teresa, always extremely kind, efficient, and exceptionally friendly.

An exclusive location, a 17th-century building finely furnished and beautifully renovated. A must-see.

Fond was wonderfull, the service a bit long but we had time.
