We had a wonderful evening, hospitality unlike anything you'll find anywhere else. We had the one-course truffle menu, and the truffle was phenomenally fresh. I can't wait to be back in Piedmont and will definitely be back!

We had a rather bizarre excuse for our late arrival at Casa Sottere—a true story, but one we won't recount here. Despite it all, the hosts—Luca, Andrea, and Mara—welcomed us warmly and initially showed us a part of their home, linking it all to the history of this village. This seems to be their authentic and credible concept: a connection to the local area, explained professionally and charmingly by Mara. From the olive oil (made locally) to the hazelnuts, from the meat to the vegetables (from her mother-in-law's garden), and of course the wines: all authentic and local products. And then the culinary transformation: pure poetry. The hazelnut tajarin alone deserves special mention—it almost seems as if the hens under the hazelnut tree have been laying eggs for a month just for this dish. The experience is rounded off with a perfectly crafted playlist—subtle yet effective—which can also be found on Spotify. In short: a truly extraordinary experience in the private dining room at Casa Sottere. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for this special dining experience. We spent a family evening we will never forget.

Casa Sottere was the first home restaurant we'd ever tried, and we were very curious to see if it would work. What can I say: it was incredibly wonderful. We received a truly warm welcome from the hosts, and this warmth continued throughout the entire evening. A server who spoke excellent English helped us communicate, and the food was delicious. The wines, too. We had a wonderful evening and can highly recommend this very special place. 6 out of 5 points!
