I was enchanted by this place that reminds me of grandmothers' houses. It's nice to explore it and see details and memories. The cuisine is original and delicious!

La preparazione! La preparazione dei piatti, delle pietanze... Per esempio "millefoglie di patate" si presenta come un opera d arte coperta da un formaggio filante, sembra un medaglione.... Ma è una stratificazione di patate al forno, pancetta, formaggio. Ripeto un opera d'arte. Cosi come il resto di ogni pietanza. Direi Sublime.
