26/02/2025: A unique experience, we had dinner in this restaurant at the end of May 2019, we were a group of 5 guys and we had booked as a gift for an evening of a stag party, naturally quiet, of a friend of ours, like all of us, passionate about food. You can choose between an à la carte menu or a tasting menu, which in turn gives the possibility of varying the number of dishes and consequently the price. We chose the tasting menu, with two starters, a first course, a second course and a dessert, at the price of 73 euros. Recommended by the staff, therefore as a pairing we chose the tasting menu also for the wines, "between lakes and volcanoes" at the price of 50 euros, I would say that this was the best choice, we were paired, thanks to the sommelier, who explained the nature and characteristics of each bottle, with a carefully chosen wine to enhance the flavours, tastes and aromas of the raw materials of each course. The ingredients paired and worked into each course were balanced and no one flavor overly covered the other, but it was a perfect mix. Furthermore, during the evening, the Chef was very kind, giving us special dishes off the menu.
The service was impeccable, always kind and attentive to every course and available for every request, there was a small flaw, but that did not compromise my opinion on the final service.
I'm not usually a regular at starred restaurants, but as a lover of food and eating well I think this was the best culinary experience I've ever had, every combination was perfect to enhance the taste of each dish, I recommend it to those who love eating well and enjoying the tastes of each dish like me
