Casa Meloni Pizzeria Barbecue In Villasimius

A little off the sidewalk you will find this restaurant, which at first glance seems inconspicuous. The pizza came very quickly, was thin and crispy and simply delicious and the tiramisu was also really good. Absolute recommendation!

Ce l avevano consigliata e stasera finalmente l abbiamo voluta provare, ottima pizza d asporto, persona gentile e veloce per la consegna. Tanta gente in fila che a Ceva prenotato quindi anche questo un segno positivo. Non appena sarà possibile la proveremo sul posto. A presto.

We found this pizzeria a little off the main street. You eat in a small backyard, in our case the restaurant was full and we had to wait a short time. It was definitely worth it. Our pizzas were very tasty and baked in the wood-fired stone oven within 5 minutes. Here the boss takes the orders himself with pen and paper, very personable. Price-performance was unbeatable, almost too cheap for the fresh pizza, the tasty house wine and the sweet tiramisu. Clear recommendation :)

Credetemi, UNICO locale a due passi dal centro dove si può trovare il maialetto e pure vederlo cuocere. Ambiente spartano ma qualità e cordiale simpatia. Ottimo anche l'impasto della pizza. Un ricordo in più di Villasimius (grazie a Rino e al suo staff, al signore che accoglie e al super cuoco del purceddu...anche per avermi combinato l'assaggio pur essendo da sola).

Believe me, the ONLY place a stone's throw from the center where you can find suckling pig and even watch it cook. Spartan environment but quality and friendly friendliness. The pizza dough is also excellent. One more memory of Villasimius (thanks to Rino and his staff, to the gentleman who welcomes and to the super chef at purceddu... also for arranging the tasting for me even though I was alone).

I find it strange that some French person left 1 star yesterday and complained that this restaurant wasn’t open on Monday. Even then, how can you negatively review without even entering a place?! Some tourists really are unbelievable. However - We went as a couple on the same Monday evening and it was OPEN. We showed up with no reservation and despite the restaurant being fully booked for the evening the host made sure to welcome us and offered a table as long as we would be able to leave for 21:00 as it was a reserved table. This was absolutely fine with us and more than enough time for dinner and 2 glasses of wine. As for The pizza - this was also perfect. We left happy and will return next time we are in villasimius. 100% recommend. Grazie!
