29/04/2025: Zenzero restaurant was a delightful experience! The Thai and Mediterranean dishes have been prepared with care and love, and the place is welcoming and clean. The quality of the products is evident in every dish, and the wide choice of wines was a pleasant surprise. The staff was courteous and professional, making our experience even more pleasant. The cuisine is a mix of Italian tradition and Asian influences, particularly Thai, with proposals ranging from Apulian focaccia with stracciatella to tuna fillet with wasabi. The quality of the ingredients can be felt in every dish, and the attention to presentation is always impeccable. The staff is courteous and professional, and helps make the overall experience pleasant. However, as much as I appreciate the level of cuisine, I prefer places that manage to blend influences into a more fusion identity, rather than presenting two separate gastronomic lines. However, Zenzero remains a good choice for those who want to try original and well-prepared dishes, in an environment that can make you feel at ease.
