Location that would need to be rearranged, yes. Reading the reviews I am a little perplexed, I returned to Sicily with memories of space-age granitas different from those found in the north, I got them almost everywhere, from the beach club to the gourmet ice cream shop and everywhere I was disappointed. Here in Fontane Bianche, Casa della Granita, I have certainly found the best.

Una scoperta inaspettata cannolo tradizionale molto buono, genuino anche il giorno dopo con la stessa fragranza, gelato al latte di mando la una sicurezza, consigliato.

Siamo andati in questa gelateria per cinque serate e abbiamo sempre assaggiato dei gelati eccezionali. I bimbi fragola pistacchio limone e cioccolato. Noi adulti abbiamo assaggiato il gelato alla ricotta ed è stato il top. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Assolutamente da provare

The best ricotta ice cream I've ever eaten. We went five times to get ice cream there both for the children and for us adults and we always had a great time. Kind and sociable, highly recommended

Typical maritime bar where you can grab something fresh before retiring, the girl who served us was helpful. The ice cream isn't bad at all, the granita is excellent.

I loved my Pineapple Granite (and it’s a shame that few Granite merchants make it in Sicily) By far the best granite of my entire trip to Sicily, with a wonderful welcome and reasonable prices, many thanks 🖤🇫🇷

10/09/2024: Every time we go to Sicily in the summer we always try to find a day to get here. We found a small free bay where we could swim 100 m from the restaurant with a freshwater shower attached. And in the evening we treat ourselves to a splendid homemade starter or a peppered dish and a second course of calamari. A glass of inzolia a sweet Try €35 per person. I don't think there can be money better spent, especially if you manage to sit in the seats closest to the sea
05/09/2024: Location molto bella, proprio sul mare. Piatti particolari e ricercati negli accostamenti degli ingredienti. Mi aspettavo di più nei sapori, ma comunque buoni.
