Tasty and plentiful dishes... although I've had fresher tartare. The staff is friendly and well-trained, even welcoming and accommodating celiac guests.

Very positive experience. Super welcoming staff, really nice and well-kept environment. The quality food made this experience even more unique. We had tartare, tortillas with octopus stracciatella and a super paella. We will be back soon.

THEY NEVER MISS THEMSELVES!! My friends and I came to eat on May 1st, despite a very chaotic day, they managed to pay attention to the dishes and the very accurate service. The wait was not excessive compared to the amount of people present in the venue

Ristorante Aroma at Palazzo Manfredi

30/08/2025: WOW! We came here for dinner and I think because I had seen so many reviews complaining about it, I wasn’t expecting much but was excited for at least some great wine and a beautiful view. We ended up being blown away!!! Every flavor profile was so balanced and unique. The tasting menu was paired with some wonderful wine selections. The Duck was absolutely the best I have ever had. And the service was top notch. We have had some very nice dinners around the world but THIS was by far our favorite meal ever. I never write reviews - but again I was so confused as to the complaints that I needed to take the time to give them a well earned five stars. Thank you for a wonderful evening Aroma, we will never forget it.
