09/09/2025: Authentic food, great service, excellent customer service, a good variety in the menu, and a certain charm with bravado: this is the experience we had at lunch at Berzitello, a local restaurant that presents itself as a place to eat, drink, and be happy doing it 🍽 We were staying near Roma Termini, and the restaurant was a recommendation from Google Maps' algorithm. However, what caught our attention about this place was the owner's heated responses to the bad reviews. It somehow conveyed the passion he has for his business and his food (or both). When we came to eat, we were pleasantly surprised to receive such good treatment and to eat really well. 🍷 Few places in Rome seemed as authentic to me as this small but charming restaurant. Not only were we impressed by the service and suggestions provided by the staff, but we also had a truly great meal. My wife and I will definitely eat here again when we return to the Eternal City. 🍝
