A wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive to every need. The food was fresh and top-quality. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend trying the scrocchierella. I can't describe it enough; try it and believe it.

You can travel all over Salento, and you'll never find a better pizzeria than this one. From scrocchiarella to pizza, you can choose whatever you want, and you can't go wrong. The dough is light and tasty, the beef slices are fantastic, and the appetizers and fried foods are top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, with fast and punctual service and a wide selection of bottled and draft beers. Kudos to the kitchen staff, who are truly skilled and versatile. Finally, a word for the owner, Vincenzo, who is always ready to help with any needs you may have. What more can I say? An experience I'll repeat as soon as possible. Fantastic!!!!!!
