Family run pizzeria with a welcoming atmosphere. The pizza is good, prices are normal and, next door, there is a bar area still managed by the same family, where you can enjoy drinks accompanied by good music with a DJ set. A pleasant and convivial experience!

We stayed two evenings in Santo Stefano di Camastra and wanted to try different things. On the first evening we were warmly welcomed into the "family" and had dinner with appetizing delicacies. We were so happy that we returned the second evening to enjoy the same atmosphere… we were not disappointed. Everything is delicious, from the pizzas to the first courses, the quality meat... the homemade bread made by them... in short... you are too far away to be able to come and visit you as much as we would like ❤️ a hug from Messina

Second time I've been back in two years. The first time I was very impressed by the pizza and this year too it proved to be very good. Varied choice and also with original flavours. Friendly staff and good service. I think I will come back again next year.

I was with friends at Carpe Diem at an outdoor table with excellent background music and good food. We had some very good pizzas, the first course of tuna, mint and lemon and Trapani skewers, all delicious. This short stay was accompanied by the company of the very nice and kind Nicola, a very nice person, helpful and attentive, as were all the staff. I recommend it to all visitors!

If you want to eat the best pastă of tour life go to Cârpe diem!!!!! The service is 10/10 very sweet people and the food and the drinks were on point. The pastă and the sauce its home made . Recommend it from my heart ! Grazie Mille!

Siamo in vacanza a Santo Stefano di Camastra e abbiamo cenato in 4 posti differenti (incluso l’hotel dove alloggiamo). Questo locale e’ senza dubbio il migliore in paese: servizio, porzioni, qualita’/prezzo. TUTTO OTTIMO. Il resto dei ristoranti sono aperti solo per spellare i turisti 4 mesi all’anno “servendo mezze porzioni a prezzo pieno”!!!! Bella playlist e gestori simpaticissimi. Incluso stasera, abbiamo cenato al Carpe Diem 4 sere su 6. I prezzi sono onestissimi se comparati col servizio, l’atmosfera, la qualita’ del cibo. Oppure potere andare negli altri 3 ristoranti del paese o nei bar riarrangiati a ristoranti e pagare in media 15 euro a portata per farvi servire piatti quasi completamente senza cibo. Siamo in vacanza in Sicilia, NON a Dieta!!!

Pizza molto buona, personale cordiale e simpatico. Locale consigliato per una piacevole serata estiva tra amici. Esperienza positiva.
