Walking through the little streets of Santo Stefano to look for where to have a drink, we found Carpe Diem, with a very beautiful style, well decorated and comfortable. Very kind attention. Good location. They have many options on site. The prices are normal.

The Carpe Diem cocktail bar was a very pleasant surprise. Beautiful location, respectable selection of liqueurs and above all excellent cocktails. A very rare reality in Sicily, where unfortunately too often in this sector we prefer not to take into account the quality of the products

27/03/2025: Locale ben gestito, è davvero facile sentirsi a casa. Il personale è molto gentile ed il proprietario Domenico ti accompagna per tutta la degustazione. Pizza eccellente e pesce super fresco!
