I enjoyed a quick lunch a few days ago: the service was fast and the food eaten was of good quality. It offers various menus, for all budgets.

Even though I had read reviews, as a meat lover I still wanted to try it. The gentleman spoke a little English, and I spoke a little Italian...so I ended up being served well and had an explanation of the menu. I ordered a mix grill, and I must say that the portion is really enough! Quality of the meat was good, especially the ribs. The meat falls off the bone. The rest good and not dry. However, there was little flavor to the meat, which I generally think is a shame. It was served on a cast iron plate, which was piping hot. Disadvantage: the juices from the meat in combination with the oil splash quite a bit. Price-quality very good!

ROADHOUSE RESTAURANT ARESE

31/01/2025: Friendly and helpful staff, average chain food.
17/12/2024: I recently had a disappointing experience at Road House. Initially, we were not brought the welcome nachos, a detail that can generally be overlooked. However, things got worse when we ordered three sandwiches: one of them was never marked and was brought to us when the other two had already been consumed. Furthermore, the chips, requested to accompany the sandwich, have gone cold and become unappetizing. I understand that unexpected events can happen, but greater attention would be necessary, especially considering that the number of staff seemed adequate for the room. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into consideration to improve the service in the future.
