Driven by an excellent memory of the Frattamaggiore office, we return to Carlo Sammarco this time in Aversa. Honestly, I remembered exceptional omelettes, while this time I found them average. Good pizza with a nice, soft crust. Nice place. A bit excessive.

Very nice place! Pizza oven and visible preparation all clean and tidy however I would advise the owner, given the possibility of seeing the preparations even from outside, to check the containers of dough balls. Someone wasn't exactly clean let's say. The pizza was definitely excellent and the service was friendly and fast. I'll be back

Carlo Sammarco: an explosion of flavor in every bite! I just left Carlo Sammarco and I'm still blown away! The pizza is simply divine. The dough is light and fragrant, with the right balance between softness and crunchiness. The ingredients are very fresh and of the highest quality, every bite is an explosion of authentic flavours. But not just the pizza, the fried foods are also exceptional: mouth-watering croquettes! The service is impeccable, the staff is very kind and attentive to every need. The environment is welcoming and informal, perfect for an evening with friends or family. If you are looking for a pizzeria that will help you discover the true taste of Neapolitan pizza, Carlo Sammarco is the right place! Absolutely worth trying and trying again.

I'll just say that I wasn't satisfied, the pizza is good, compliments to the pizza chef and the baker, for the rest......

Siamo stati oggi in questa pizzeria, locale molto bello e personale gentilissimo e preparato. Ingredienti di qualità e impasto leggerissimo, prezzi giusti. L’unica nota negativa che ritrovo in tutti questi “posti”nominati è che dai social vedi pizze piene di ingredienti mentre dal vivo molto meno… allego foto della mia pizza , ripeto buonissima, ma assurdo che su una capricciosa ci sia 1/2 carciofino… per il resto TOP.
