Carlo Sammarco Pizzeria 2.0 In Aversa

3 stars because the pizza is very good but the price is excessive. €19 per person for a pizza and a coke, of which €3 is a cover charge.

We stayed one evening and out of 5 of us, one pizza 🍕 was brought to the table almost entirely burnt, then promptly remade, but more attention would be needed also because there were still few guests. The prices are excessive. The place is very nice. The discreet service.

Since Pizzeria Carlo in Sammarco opened its doors, I have become a loyal customer and I can confidently say that it remains my favorite pizzeria. No matter how many times I go there, the experience is always top notch, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, friendly service and, above all, exceptional pizzas. A special mention undoubtedly goes to the Capricciosa, which is, in my opinion, the best I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. The generosity and quality of the ingredients make it unique: the fresh mushrooms, the craftsmanship of the cooked ham, the tasty olives, the crunchy artichokes and the stringy mozzarella combine in a perfect balance of flavours. Each bite is an explosion of flavor that does justice to the name of this classic pizza. But what really sets the Pizzeria apart is the pizza dough. There's something magical about that dough; it is light but at the same time incredibly tasty, with that perfect external crunchiness and internal softness that only true master pizza chefs know how to obtain. It is clear that great attention and care is given in the choice of flours and in the long leavening times, all to the benefit of the final flavor and digestibility of the pizza. Each visit confirms my initial impression: here pizza is not just food, it is a real culinary art. Whether it's an evening with friends, a family dinner or a simple moment of personal taste, Pizzeria Carlo in Sammarco has always been and will continue to be my number one choice. I can't wait to return and be delighted by their creations once again.

Excellent pizza, modern place and friendly and attentive staff

Siamo stati oggi in questa pizzeria, locale molto bello e personale gentilissimo e preparato. Ingredienti di qualità e impasto leggerissimo, prezzi giusti. L’unica nota negativa che ritrovo in tutti questi “posti”nominati è che dai social vedi pizze piene di ingredienti mentre dal vivo molto meno… allego foto della mia pizza , ripeto buonissima, ma assurdo che su una capricciosa ci sia 1/2 carciofino… per il resto TOP.

Beautiful experience. I ate a pizza with white onions. At the first bite I had an "explosion of taste that literally invaded me, touching all my senses... Absolutely to return.

The place is very nice the staff is friendly 4 pizzas 2 bottles of water and a glass of beer 50 euros the average of 10 euros each was all good except for the fact that after the pizza I had to drink a liter of water I was annoyed both the mouth and the throat an absurd thirst

I think it's the best pizzeria in Aversa! High-quality pizzas with refined ingredients and with an important study behind them. Nothing is done by chance in this pizzeria! I will return soon

Let's start from the assumption that I'm not a big fan of canotto pizza and all contemporary Neapolitan pizzas, I'm much more fond of tradition, but in any case I don't exclude anything. Sammarco's pizza impressed me favorably. Very light but delicious dough, high quality ingredients for a truly satisfying result. Elegant environment and professional service.
