A very local pizzeria where we enjoyed a couple of pizzas. We also had a salad to start. It was an interesting experience conversing with the server and kitchen hand. In the end he told you want you should have. This was all in Italian, which we don’t speak, but all came out good in the end.
We definitely paid local prices for well made pizzas.

What can I say... the place is unusual, easy to be fooled compared to many places, but as they say, only those who dare fly... and once I entered I immediately felt welcomed by the owner and the staff, offering us advice on dishes and pairings, not the usual place with detachment and formality, rather, a place where you can taste, get to know and share a chat with the staff as if you were old friends... which makes you feel welcome, appreciated, respected but always with an eye for detail without noticing who is working and who is sitting (which sometimes happens if you look at the waiter after taking the order). The dishes are abundant and very tasty, fresh products and the chef knows his stuff... I will definitely be back happily for another double mozzarella pizza or for an aglio olio... thanks from Sassari 😉 legendary Gabriele and Ettore, a hug. PS thanks for the wine🫂

We had a quick lunch during our visit to Guspini. Nice food, very friendly and quick service, reasonable prices. Particularly convenient for us because it was open during the afternoon hours and served us some food, even though the kitchen was closed.

We were on a trip and had to have lunch. At 2:30 pm we saw this place. I asked if we could eat something. He told us that the kitchen was closed but he would ask the chef. When he came back, he told us that if we wanted, he could make us a plate of spaghetti with mussels. Damn, that spaghetti was the best I've ever eaten. Thank you so much.

Just a quick stop over after a hot day cycling
Unassuming place you wouldn't think of trying but it is local and the food and menu is excellent
Great value because it attracts locals not high on a tourists to go list
