One of the best New Year's Eves... we had an à la carte dinner, each dish carefully crafted and unique, and above all, delicious. The space is small, seating 20 people max. The pianist is a friendly and talented singer. The price is reasonable, but not too expensive!

Culinary artistry at its finest!
We called the restaurant at the last minute to have lunch an hour later.
They were kind enough to accommodate us even though they were supposed to be closed for lunch.
The place is stunning, a veritable museum!
We received exceptionally warm service; they translated the menu into French for us.
The food is excellent, and the dishes are true works of art!
A wonderful discovery that's well worth the trip.

It was recommended to me, and perhaps my expectations were way, way too high. However, the cacio e pepe pasta wasn't bad. The fried artichoke was also good.

The atmosphere is very welcoming, refined, and elegant. There are three small rooms, with a total of 4-5 tables. The food is excellent. Chef Carlo kindly personally ensures that everything is to our liking. A guest with celiac disease is attentively looked after. Impeccable service. Fair quality/price ratio.

We had a very excellent romantic dinner night in one the restaurant's private romantic rooms. The staff arranged the room and the table perfectly for our special occasion and made it an unforgettable experience. It's not just a restaurant, it's a whole experience. The food and service was also 10/10. i highly recommend carletto.

My partner and I celebrated our eighth anniversary at this restaurant. It's an extremely intimate setting with impeccable service. Chef Carlo welcomed us like we were his children, making us feel at home and providing an unforgettable experience. The quality of the food is undeniable, as is the chef's passion for cooking it.
