Carefully prepared and refined dishes, an elegant and very intimate atmosphere given the limited seating. The service is excellent, with the owner coming to explain the course or recommending a wine or liqueur to finish the meal, and engaging in a friendly conversation. We'll definitely be back and, in the meantime, we recommend it to anyone looking to surprise their partner.

After more than 40 years, seeing Carletto again was thrilling; we were high school classmates.
It's possible that this influences my opinion of the restaurant, but I truly enjoyed it. The place is very intimate, with a calm and serene atmosphere, very attentive service (Roberto)—and also attentive to the friends who accompanied us on this experience—and superb cuisine. You begin to savor the dishes from the description, but the ecstasy comes when you actually taste the food: refined, balanced, and anything but predictable.
We had a wonderful time.

One of the best New Year's Eves... we had an à la carte dinner, each dish carefully crafted and unique, and above all, delicious. The space is small, seating 20 people max. The pianist is a friendly and talented singer. The price is reasonable, but not too expensive!

Culinary artistry at its finest!
We called the restaurant at the last minute to have lunch an hour later.
They were kind enough to accommodate us even though they were supposed to be closed for lunch.
The place is stunning, a veritable museum!
We received exceptionally warm service; they translated the menu into French for us.
The food is excellent, and the dishes are true works of art!
A wonderful discovery that's well worth the trip.

It was recommended to me, and perhaps my expectations were way, way too high. However, the cacio e pepe pasta wasn't bad. The fried artichoke was also good.
