Dinner with colleagues at a typical Venezuelan restaurant. Very nice and well-maintained. Fast and efficient service, and the waiter was excellent! Fresh, good-quality food; the various flavors described on the menu are easily recognizable. We highly recommend trying it.

Caribbean Bistrot was such a wonderful experience! This was my first time trying Venezuelan food and I was blown away! The flavors were exceptional, the meats were cooked perfectly and the portion sizes were perfect. Plus the service was excellent! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

A truly lovely place, highly recommended! It's small but very welcoming, colorful, and cheerful. I loved it. The dishes are all high-quality, and all are meant to be sampled and shared, so you can try more! The cocktails and drinks are also very good.

Definitely one of our favorite restaurants! Typical South American cuisine, with a focus on Venezuela, is delicious and always enjoyable. The staff is always very friendly, and their smiles make the meal even better. We've been there many times and will return many more. A well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐

Highly recommended. The atmosphere is amazing, managers are very respectful and welcoming. Very delicious and authentic Venezuelian food. The quality of the food is very well cooked, rich, and tasty. Recommended: Arepa pelùa, drinks, burritos, yuca, asado.

20/06/2025: We return to this restaurant at least once a year to celebrate some anniversary. The place is really very well-kept, the staff is a cut above most of the restaurants we have been to. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and very attentive. The food is of excellent quality with selected raw materials. The owner is passionate and attentive to the needs of his customers. It is not cheap, but the choice is wide and you can eat well even without spending a fortune from classic pizzas to gourmet dishes. We are always very satisfied when we come and I continue to highly recommend it. For two tasting menus (more than satisfactory), two desserts, a glass of wine, water and coffee we spent €127
17/06/2025: Always the best in Vinovo, every time I go there is always something new either in the menu or in the furnishings, super professional and kind staff, complete the experience with their really good desserts

11/10/2025: Absolutely worth reading!!!** I found this restaurant by chance. The first question I asked myself was: the center... but in the end we gave it a try!!! First impression: a really small place, I don't really like them. But, by then we had booked (it's better to book a table!!!) and here we are... yes, I agree, everything is very cramped... BUT... the food and the service make up for EVERYTHING!!! The service is top-notch, perfect. Even though the restaurant is tiny, you feel at ease. It's quiet, peaceful... but... THE FOOD... MY GOD... You are perfect... I, a RUSSIAN, have lived in Italy for 26 years... and I ate your Russian salad... the mayonnaise is homemade - yes, wow... obviously the ravioli - absolutely nothing to write home about... YOU HAVE TO EAT THEM!!!! SECOND COURSE - the stew... MMM. As soon as I put it on my fork, it melted... My God, how?!?! Food - perfect Service - perfect I don't need the location!!! I want to eat well Thank you Gastronomic orgasm **Side note: Definitely worth a visit!**
06/10/2025: A very nice place in San Salvario, offering several traditional Piedmontese dishes, all very good. Some items on the menu change daily! Friendly and fast service, highly recommended!
