03/08/2024: Always a pleasure to spend some days in this hotel. We can say with certainty that family management is an added value. Basic, small hotel, no pool or entertainment, but it has everything you need. Clean rooms, equipped with every comfort, although in my opinion the capacity of the wardrobes should be increased. The family staff is available and never intrusive, always ready to find a solution for every problem. The large veranda terrace on the third floor is certainly the jewel in the crown of the hotel, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, accompanied by a small sea view (the hotel is located on a parallel street). The cuisine is indescribable, almost touching. Simple but tasty dishes, with a great choice on the menu, also giving space to those who don't eat meat or fish. All done to perfection, genuine and healthy, sometimes even light in options, but without sacrificing taste. Noteworthy side dishes and desserts. The guys in the room are always available for any particular need, especially for requests concerning children. The temperature of the air conditioning on the terrace should be reviewed, in my opinion too strong in a seaside place where there is a big difference between outside and inside. In conclusion, I recommend this little gem for anyone wishing to spend a few days in Giulianova.

29/07/2024: Everything perfect, spotless rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent proximity to the sea and beach service. The only suggestion I would like to give is to include a trolley of vegetables and salads at meals; in the summer they would certainly be welcome. However we will definitely return
