Caramella In Roma

Delicious food (the arrabbiata was a real highlight!), good portion sizes and really friendly service. The theme gave a nice vibe to the restaurant. Definitely worth checking out as it wasn't as busy as some of the other restaurants on the strip and we had a great time.

The cocktails were very good, and the service was very attentive, a very good experience 🥰💗

Local in the center of Trastevere, I went there with my friends to celebrate my birthday and we had a lot of fun, thanks again to the staff for livening up the evening, we will definitely come back to try the food as well as the cocktails 🍸 😍

Nice place, dynamic, engaging and perfect for spending time with friends.

Everything was perfect. We needed a place to rest our legs, relax, drink wine, and have snacks. All of the tables outside were full and it was a beautiful day... No problem sir, give us five minutes. The gran mix charcuterie board was absolutely amazing. My 9 year old daughter who is a very very picky eater ate half of a full-size pizza. 5 stars and 4 thumbs up. Thank you.

Visité Caramella con un amigo durante un viaje reciente a Roma y sin duda fue el punto culminante de nuestro viaje. Habíamos estado en otro bar más tranquilo cerca en Trastavere y estábamos caminando de regreso a nuestro hotel cuando escuchamos la música en vivo desde dentro de Caramella. No conocíamos la canción, ya que era italiana, sin embargo, todo el mundo se lo estaba pasando bien, así que entramos y encontramos asientos en el bar. El personal aquí es increíble, los cócteles tienen un precio razonable y están hechos por expertos, el personal del bar diría que son mixólogos que saben exactamente lo que están haciendo con sus cócteles característicos y clásicos. También hablaban bien inglés y al menos uno parecía ser capaz de hablar español con fluidez. La música en vivo era genial, los artistas sabían exactamente la vibra del lugar y los visitantes, la gente cantaba y bailaba, eventualmente sobre las mesas a medida que pasaba la noche, pero sin volverse *demasiado* salvaje! Nos quedamos hasta cerca a las 2 am y nos levantamos temprano al día siguiente para hacer más turismo... sin embargo, solo tuvimos que volver la noche siguiente y cantar y bailar toda la noche de nuevo. Caramella también es un restaurante y en nuestra segunda visita tuvimos un tablero de compartir carnes curadas, quesos y focaccia con un lado de miel, todos los cuales fueron realmente amados mientras seguíamos bebiendo. Roberto parece ser un supervisor / gerente / propietario y además de ser profesional se puede ver que su energía irradia a través del lugar y su personal, él y su personal se acordaron de nosotros cuando regresamos para nuestra segunda noche, que siempre es un buen toque. No puedo recomendar Caramella lo suficiente! Es, en mi opinión, el mejor bar de Roma, en ningún otro lugar durante nuestra visita se acercó a los buenos momentos y recuerdos que Caramella proporcionó, grazie!
