Caprice In Pescara

We stopped to get an ice cream... the only flaw is that they don't make baby ice cream... so we had to pay €3 for that too for the kids who only eat one flavor... it seems quite excessive to me!

Dopo anni e anni che lavorate in questo settore, e con tutte le pose che vi sparate atteggiandovi a miglior pasticceria di Pescara, possibile che non abbiate ancora imparato a fare dei dolci.... anche quelli più semplici che persino una casalinga saprebbe fare? Ho comprato una torta mimosa per la festa della donna, tagliamo il dolce a tavola dopo circa 2 e 1/2 ore da quando è stato comprato, e scopriamo con orrore che dentro è ancora congelato (immangiabile non vi dico la figuraccia con i commensali a tavola)!!! A sto punto compravo una torta gelato confezionata al supermercato: risparmiamo e facevo più bella figura! Ma non vi vergognate a congelare una torta? Tra l'altro, mi era stato detto che non c'era la bagna alcoolica, invece è piena zeppa di alcool, immangiabile, dal disgustoso sapore, segno che NON sapete lavorare e che il prodotto NON É FRESCO! E poi... da quando in qua una torta mimosa è fatta con la pesca sciroppata? Che fine ha fatto l'ananas?? Certo, una dozzinale scatola di pesca sciroppata costa molto meno di un ananas fresco, però i vostri dolci sono i più costosi della città! Vergognoso! Torta finita dritta dritta nella pattumiera, vi dovete solo vergognare! Mai più!

A reference point for pastry making in Pescara. My favorite is the millefoglie with custard and berries, but you only need to enter to lose yourself in a world of delights: the historic mignon, leavened products, ice cream, desserts such as the Presentosa, created especially by master Fabrizio Camplone and much more.

Excellent gelato, pastries and cakes. In my opinion one of the best if not the best in Pescara (and still in 2025!)

I am very attached to this pastry shop that I used to frequent when it was in the historic location in the center. The place is beautiful, welcoming, elegant and clean; as welcoming and friendly as the staff. We arrived here not by chance but specifically for dessert; unfortunately at that time the choice was not very varied and we chose some inviting bocconotti that although good, did not have that delicious filling typical of these fine Abruzzo sweets. We then had some cups of ice cream, that really excellent.

Fabrizio Camplone ( Caprice) e’ sicuramente la migliore pasticceria e gelateria di Pescara , ma anche una delle migliori in Italia . Lo testimoniano i tanti riconoscimenti del gambero da molti anni .. Gelati di ottima qualita’ e con un assortimento notevole e gusti originali ( zafferano , pecorino e miele erc etc ) distribuiti su varie eccellenze locali e anche di altre regioni Panna finale ottima Davvero da provare 👍
