Wonderful location, view of the lake, elegant interiors with attention to detail, impeccable hospitality, absolutely perfect staff, the food a fantastic combination of flavors and presentation, a truly beautiful experience.

Elegant, refined place, dishes with great identity. The wine list is excellent and the great professionalism of those who orchestrate the management of the room. Reserved and well-kept spaces, the outdoor space is also very elegant, as is the reserved parking adjacent to the structure and a characteristic view if you dine outside. 5 stars deserved both for romantic dinners and for business lunches or dinners!

Kind and attentive staff. Nice location Somewhat banal dishes (aubergine parmigiana, scampi...) I was expecting a more refined menu

We happened upon this location by chance in autumn, very beautiful, kind and courteous service, really excellent food, quiet and well-kept place. Since it was November, lunch was inside but it was wonderful to be able to sip coffee with delicious sweets outdoors in front of an enchanting view. Returning at the end of the summer we renewed our positive impressions, appreciating an excellent tasting for dinner. The chef is always very good and careful in creating excellent dishes with unusual and delicious combinations. Staff always very kind and friendly. Thanks see you soon

10 stars for the friendly staff :-) It was magical there, great ambience, good food, great wine selection. Ideal for anyone who is looking for something special and loves fish/seafood :-) Parking spaces right in front of the door. Have fun!

02/06/2024: Siamo venuti a conoscenza dell’esistenza di questo ristorante grazie ad amici di Monopoli e abbiamo deciso di provarlo per festeggiare un compleanno. In prima battuta siamo rimasti colpiti dalla tranquillità che si respira in questa contrada (Impalata ) immersa nel verde e poi dall ‘accoglienza , la sobrietà e pulizia dei locali ( anche delle toilette , cosa da non sottovalutare ). Abbiamo mangiato un buon antipasto , degli ottimi primi di pesce , della buona carne e concluso con un fresco sorbetto, rimanendo molto soddisfatti. Il proprietario e il personale di sala sono stati molto disponibili , discreti e simpatici rendendo molto gradevole la nostra permanenza nel locale. Se desiderate mangiare della buona cucina in un ambiente tranquillo immerso nella natura , questo è il posto giusto !

Abbiamo assaggiato un piatto di strepitosi spaghetti all'assassina e uno di ravioli gamberi e pomodoro delizioso, preceduti da un piacevole antipasto con pesce e polipetti verdure. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, porzioni generose, lo consiglio assolutamente se siete in zona
