What I wrote in the review of the Corso Vittorio Emanuele location is valid. It is an ice cream, for quality and choice of flavours, which is worth the trip from another province, therefore corresponding to the evaluation made by Gambero Rosso (and the evaluations of those guides do not always correspond to reality). It's the ice cream that leaves memories, see the pear flavour, the white peach flavour, (which if you don't taste them first, you won't feel them on the palate after another flavour), and many others. The most exciting and genuine tasting is and remains in winter (although unfortunately I believe it now remains closed in winter, because too few are able to appreciate the combination of winter and ice cream), and in the headquarters on the Corso.

Excellent ice cream, especially the almond one. But I was pleasantly struck by Vincenzo's kindness, he followed me in my indecision by offering me tastings, we chatted pleasantly and the portion of ice cream in the brioche was generous. I will return and recommend.

Master, If there were ten stars, I would give them. As an ice cream connoisseur I can say without fear of contradiction that your ice cream is one of the best ever. In Palermo we are not tourists however and I ask you to give us the gift of giving in to the temptation to experiment with new flavours. His genius certainly doesn't need suggestions: the Sicilian tradition and our lush territory offer ideas and raw materials in abundance. Recently popped by on a trip to Palermo after reading great reviews and being an avid gelato enthusiast! I tried the Baci flavour (after reading great reviews) and the hazelnut (a personal fave!). I felt the former was nice but the chocolate was lacking throughout. I also felt the hazelnut could have been stronger! The price was also very high for the tiniest cup of gelato - I didn't know you could get cups so small!

Incuriosito da varie recensioni positive e premi conferiti al maestro gelatiere titolare, ho voluto provare questa gelateria. Il personale è gentile ed il servizio è stato veloce. La scelta dei gusti è limitata, ma questo in alcuni casi è un bene sulla qualità del gelato. Ho voluto assaggiare 2 gusti classici per eccellenza , nocciola e pistacchio in coppetta "piccola" ( microscopica ) . Il gelato è veramente di qualità eccellente, direi veramente al TOP qualitativo sia in termini organolettici che in termini di cremosità, l'unica nota forse appuntabile ( se si vuole cercare qualche insignificante difetto ) è la temperatura del gelato stesso, che a mio avviso era di qualche grado sotto l'ideale di servizio ( ma basta aspettare qualche secondo con i 36 gradi di Palermo e si risolve ) risultando estremamente freddo all'assaggio, che porta il sapore ad arrivare dopo ai sensi del gusto . Forse il prezzo della coppetta piccola ( 2,5 euro) è eccessivo per la microscopica quantità confrontandolo con la Brioche con gelato ( 3,8 euro ) , ma ad ogni modo è una gelateria consigliabile per la qualità del prodotto; la prossima volta comprerò la Brioche

Il gelato è molto buono ma sarebbe bello avere a disposizione maggiore scelta per quanto riguarda i gusti, sono veramente pochi. Il personale non è cortese e sembra avere fretta di servire anche quando il locale è deserto e tu sei l’unico cliente. Lavorare nei giorni di festa non è una colpa di chi viene servito, peccato.
