Maybe the best, but definitely one of best Gelaterias in Palermo. The Pistacchio and Straciatella flavours were absolute amazing.

We went to Cappadonia with the intention of getting two small bowls and left with a medium bowl and a two-flavored affogato (vanilla cream and tiramisu), which was also a new addition to the store. It was truly delicious, very indulgent, and perfect for a cold afternoon. A real treat. Plus, the girl who served us, Miriam, was super professional and very kind. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic gelato at Cappadonia! So good we visited 4 times over the course of our weekend trip. The Sicilian Cantaloupe was an absolute standout and our favourite! The Gianduja and Lady's Kiss were also great. Miriam and Sharry were lovely in serving us every time! They explained the origins of the gelato and we're always very friendly. One of the highlights of our trip to Palermo!

The most wonderful lovely person, Miriam!!! She was incredible and I had one of the best experiences in all of Italy at this gelato with her. Her enthusiasm and kindness was second to none. This is the only gelato place I would ever recommend going. Make sure you get Miriam and enjoy the best gelato you’ll ever have. Truly, the most phenomenal experience and I will be going every night I can. If you’re contemplating different gelato options, this is number one. Mini locals directed me to this place and they were right. Especially thanks to Miriam!!!!! -Hannah

14/10/2025: Amazing galato & service! Daniella went above and beyond with hospitality when we were there for late night galato. Highly recommend!
10/10/2025: Granita was on my list — and what can I say… maybe the combo of brioche and gelato just isn’t for me. The ice cream was amazing, but the brioche — not so much. If I came back, I’d definitely go for just the pistachio gelato.

21/12/2025: Very cute and charming place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The appetizers were plentiful and delicious. The pinza were also delicious, and the pasta was light and crispy. My only complaint was the cocktails. At least the ones I had. The Long Island was a little too light for my taste, and the daiquiri was a bit bland.
31/07/2025: The atmosphere is really nice, and above all, the prices are fair! The cocktail cost €5, and the summer tea cost €2.50. So, the prices are excellent compared to other places.
