Guys, it's been a while since the last place I reviewed, but only because I haven't found anything worthwhile. Today, however, an unexpected discovery in a Lecce that I thought could no longer amaze. Quartiere S. Pio, a place that from the outside goes almost unnoticed but inside is an oasis of tranquility, kindness, professionalism and goodness. I tried this restaurant that until today I hadn't considered. I booked for lunch during the week, I made some specific requests, a little particular, for a room that was a little secluded, having an elderly person who didn't like too much confusion. Without problems, my requests were met, impeccably. The room had only two tables, the temperature inside was absolutely perfect despite 36 degrees outside, and it was truly very pleasant. We were immediately greeted with a welcome prosecco, followed by the view of the trolley of fresh fish. Impeccable service with a waitress present, but never intrusive, and finally food that to define as delicious from appetizer to dessert is truly an understatement. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos But only because I was taken by the goodness of the dishes and the amazement. The appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses was truly excellent and the bread that accompanied it was excellent and warm. The first courses, both fish and others, were excellent and abundant. And finally, dessert and coffee were perfect. The bill was also perfect and not exaggerated given the quality of the meal. I strongly recommend anyone to try it to evaluate it personally but, I am sure of my advice.!!!!!!! Go and you will be amazed like me, a true excellence in this neighborhood, which is totally different from all the other places, now a little too popular but above all copy and paste.

Excellent fish dinner with a friend. Very pleasant place in terms of furnishings, colors and details. Pleasant environment, very clean, with a welcoming warmth on a rainy winter evening. The owner, very kind and knowledgeable, pampered us with his excellent advice. Discreet and attentive dining room staff. The quality of the products is excellent, also for the seafood crudité dishes and in general for all the dishes we savored. The dishes are very pleasant. Prices appropriate to the quality of the food and the service. I highly recommend it

Few words. Top food. Product quality and refined, light dishes. Attentive and professional service. Nice location, maybe a little cold for my taste, but all very pleasant. I absolutely recommend it if you want a good fresh fish dish.
