Enchanting and evocative location, attentive service and tasty, quality food. Music selection in line with expectations. Applause for the ability to maintain the recovery of the places faithful to the history of the place, the fireplace is impressive and the chandeliers are truly remarkable. History and traditions in the places and on offer.

03/05/2025: These guys should be rewarded for the excellent work they do and the passion that their menu exudes; they are truly deserving, the only regret I have is that I only stayed with them twice in the week I spent on holiday (I'm also from Puglia but I've been living and working outside the region for almost ten years); The preparations are delicious and meticulous, the execution is excellent and the taste is extraordinary, strange to say but I tasted the best fried fish on the Salento coast from them! They reminded me of the flavors of southern home! I want to thank them precisely because they made us feel good, eat well and even sleep well on a full stomach! Very nice and talented, congratulations indeed! *I don't usually leave reviews*

19/04/2025: Excellent pizza and friendly staff, in particular Elton, a very kind and helpful guy.
23/03/2025: Saturday evening dinner for 4 people, two pizzas and two second courses of meat. Nice, modern and well kept place Disco music throughout the evening was slightly loud, but I understand the managers because 80% of the place is frequented by very young people. Less suitable for a more adult clientele. The meat second courses were described as good. The pizza, the dough and cooking were good, but too much flour stuck together. The ingredients didn't particularly impress me, the sauce and mozzarella were rather anonymous. The service is a little slow (about 3 quarters of an hour's wait), certainly justified by the Saturday evening and the many seats. The staff is kind, polite, but not very attentive, due to the missing cutlery I struggled a bit to get noticed and I had to repeat the request more than once. Prices are fair average.
