We booked the wine tasting and had a great time. Our host was passionate about their product and their special ecological approach to wine making and captivate us all. You can see the attentional to detail facet of the shop and their wine and we can only recommend everyone to visit it too.

When we booked a tasting at Tenuta La Macchia, we certainly knew we were in for a unique experience, but yesterday our expectations were far exceeded. Located in the historic village of Montescudaio, this small location is made grand by the wines and products offered, but above all by Simonetta, who conveyed her passion for what she was presenting to us throughout her tasting. If you're just passing through, a stop is highly recommended.

We did a wine tasting here and experienced some really outstanding and special biological wine. The host Simonetta really made it a great experience by supplying a lot of background knowledge and being very kind and generous.

21/06/2025: Must have place to visit if you are nearby 👌 We started tasting from visiting almost 1000 years old church, then vinery walking through streets inside Castello. Their is an amazing history about this place which is being at the same family from almost 300 years 🤯 The view from the top is unforgettable, you can see true Tuscany and see as well I strongly suggest to go there for tasting wine and history as well 😉🍷

22/08/2024: Pretty good food. There were 3 of us and we only had one dish each with a bottle of water and a glass of wine, the service returned the favor. The waitress looks up and sighs, drinks her glass of Spritz and eats at the counter, and when you want to pay, she denigrates you. In short, it's a shame the staff isn't more involved, otherwise it would be a good place.
