I found it very good, the waiters were friendly, professional, and very welcoming... The food was really good, and the chef was very talented. The welcome was very professional and they were good at making the customer feel at ease. Highly recommended, especially considering the price.

A wonderful experience worth repeating! We had the pleasure of dining at this splendid restaurant on Saturday as a couple. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment the bread was presented to us, with a gold mention for the exquisite fresh butter. We then continued with an excellent selection of cured meats and a tartare appetizer, followed by a delicious first course of house-made passatelli with truffle and cream cheese. And finally, a dessert whose simplicity won us over with its delicate combination of milk and mint with mascarpone and a chocolate crumble that paired everything perfectly. The service was impeccable, both in terms of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. The price was absolutely fair for the quality, truly exceptional. We also had the pleasure of returning for an aperitif, and we reaffirmed the excellence and quality here, where we were served orecchiette with Roman broccoli. Super satisfied. What can I say? It's a shame we live far away, but if we could, we'd come back every weekend!

Excellent. Great selection of ingredients, attention to detail, fantastic bread, the chef is truly passionate about cooking—I'd call him a missionary. The kitchen assistant was kind and friendly, and the waiter was excellent. A truly interesting experience.

I would say Wow for the food. Been many Michelin stars restaurants In Asia and Europe but the tests and creative of the dishes here Wow in every years. Complete to chefs.

Two days in Riolo Terme and two meals here, guess that says it all. Delicious food, and impressive winecard. Fine balance between tradition and innovation. Attentive to details

Truly top place, I chose the blind tasting menu (for the modest sum of 55 euros) and we ate like gentlemen, in the annex we chose a selection of wines by the glass to match the courses and in total we spent 88 each (honest price for the quality of the wines and what we ate). Omar accompanied us in this experience and was very kind in everything from taking our jackets to always making sure we had a full glass. In conclusion I want to say that for the quality of the raw materials, the fantastic dishes (especially the passatelli with cream of parmesan, bacon and white truffle) and the attention to detail in Omar's service, 88 euros are really cheap... I challenge you to find cheaper competitors
