We were there on Saturday, February 14th. The food was excellent, the location was wonderful, and the service was top-notch. The staff were also qualified to cater to gluten-free eaters.
I'm celiac, and they treated me with kid gloves. The chef recommended dishes and, once they were ready, he brought them directly to my table, leaving nothing out. Highly recommended! Sonja Andrea from Pesaro.

Everything was wonderful, starting with Omar and Aristide's welcome, their kindness, and their attention to detail. Excellent food and a choice of 900 wines (Omar is an excellent sommelier and host).
We ate two and a half courses each, plus all the various mousse bouche, drank a splendid 2018 Sancerre, and a glass of Muscat de Rivesaltes with a small pastry for €67 per person. Oh, and coffee from a moka pot or espresso, which was also beautifully served. Bravo!

The two of us visited this restaurant and had a wonderful time. The owner was attentive, passionately explaining each dish and the wine pairings. From appetizers to first courses, main courses, and dessert, every course was a veritable explosion of exceptional flavors. We weren't expecting such a high-quality experience: upon leaving, my husband told me he couldn't remember the last time he'd eaten so well. You can clearly taste the passion for his work in every dish. We'll definitely be back.

Lunch started off perfectly: excellent passatelli and bugie, carefully prepared appetizers, a truly spot-on wine recommendation, and top-quality tagliata.
Unfortunately, the dessert completely ruined the meal's finale. The crème caramel with fossa and truffle was a completely wrong pairing, with an unpleasant and unbalanced flavor, far removed from the quality of the previous courses. It's a shame, because ending a nearly perfect meal like this leaves a more lasting negative impression than it should.

Saturday lunch in Riolo.
We chose the place by chance, located next to the Rocca.
The person who looked after us for lunch was extremely kind and friendly. The chef suggested meat dishes off the menu, but we chose appetizers and first courses. We wanted to try more. They immediately understood this and brought us our dishes already divided.
The ricotta tart was fantastic, the passatelli were delicious, and the tortelloni with mushroom broth were delicious. Homemade bread and breadsticks. All in a quaint, cozy, and very quiet setting.
The dessert was also delicious. Everything was beautifully plated. Must try.

Last night I went to dinner at this restaurant with my husband. Facing the Riolo Terme fortress, the setting is stunning. The restaurant has an open kitchen, and guests dine in the wine cellar, amidst the aromas and colors of bottles of every kind. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. The staff is polite, professional, honest, and discreet. The food is refined, carefully prepared, and of the highest quality. The dinner was accompanied by an excellent wine chosen by the owner based on the dishes we ordered. The final comment is clearly more than positive! A little gem where we will definitely return.

I'd give them 10 stars! The food was delicious, the best we've had on our trip so far! The dishes are bold flavor combinations, and the chef does a fantastic job! The wine and prosecco were delicious.
