Appuntamento fisso da ormai 3 anni, siamo rimaste piacevolmente colpite dall’aver trovato il locale più pieno del solito, nonostante l’orario sul presto e il periodo tardivo - oltre metà settembre. Per noi è una garanzia, pochi piatti eseguiti benissimo, una zuppa di pesce all’Elbana da uscire di testa.
Un ambiente che sa di storia, di un secolo passato, arredato con un mix curato di pezzi antichi che scaldano l’atmosfera, servizio curato, attento e simpatico.
Unico consiglio - che ho dato di persona al proprietario- è di rivedere l’attuale presentazione del polpo all’Elbana, piatto strepitoso che però andrebbe rivisto nella sua attuale presentazione un po’ misera.
Se siete all’ Elba è da provare.

Very kind and spectacular food! Very nice environment, very kind in helping us with two small girls to eat, pasta with homemade pesto for the little girl which was magnificent! Rich and plentiful starter, really excellent first and second fish dishes! Thanks for everything!

Special restaurant away from all the hustle and bustle. Local cuisine with fresh products, both meat and fish. Small menu with specialties of the day added. Can also make simple pasta on request outside the menu. Antipasti cheese and sausage recommended as well as the desserts. Good wine. Sell wines.

Very nice place, friendly staff, good food, but the prices are high for the proposal: cover charge €3 which is a paper placemat, sorbet €8 which is equal to other desserts, platter of cold cuts and cheeses which are tastings for €20 €. These are some examples that didn't convince me.

Miraculously managed to find a place on the last evening before leaving Elba.
Warm and friendly service, perhaps with some carelessness every now and then, but in perfect tavern style.
Truly excellent cuisine with quality fish and raw materials, expertly transformed to give the impression of eating directly at the owners' home in a family atmosphere.
