I ended up in Lavagno by chance and was lucky enough to discover Cantina Battisti. Very friendly staff, details offered by the house and delicious dishes. Bigoli and a tray of boiled meats are a must-try. The bill was unsurprising. An excellent idea to be able to take half portions. In addition to the restaurant, a nice outdoor space for an aperitif, for next time!

Sono stato qui a pranzo con alcuni amici, pensavamo di prendere un primo veloce ma poi abbiamo visto sfilare il carrello dei bolliti. Vasta scelta arrosti con le salse, cotechino delizioso nervetti e testina oltre all’immancabile copertina e lingue salmistrata e non. Pearà ottima e servizio impeccabile, prezzi nella media per il tipo di ristorante.

Locale molto accogliente e di alto livello, servizio super superprofessionale e qualita' del cibo impeccabile. Siamo venuti per il bollito, di cui vanno piu' che giustsmente famosi, prima pero' abbiamo voluto provare alcuni primi: bigoli con il tastasal e crema tartufata e tagliolini in brodo con fegatini. Le due portate sono state piu' che soddisfacenti, sia per quantita' che per qualita'; ingredienti freschissimi e molto gustosi. Sui billiti si sono confermati maestri del genere: scelta molto ampia e carni buonissime. Molto buona anche la peara'.

10/09/2025: This place was recommended by the owner of our Airbnb. The atmosphere was lovely and the good was excellent. So was the wine! The menu was typically from the area. The staff wave charming and very funny.
08/09/2025: The quintessential osteria in Verona. A two-course menu for €26 is a real bargain! The food is very good, and the service is quick and friendly, but that's the beauty of this osteria. Don't miss the bigoli with duck or horse meat and the grilled colt meatballs. Highly recommended!
