The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming. Excellent cuisine and classy service. The meat cart is of excellent quality and is preceded by a small appetizer and followed by a delicious dessert, always on the house. These details make the customer/restaurant relationship more "alive." The result is a very pleasant atmosphere that encourages return.

For many years, Cantina Battisti has always been the go-to place for those who want to try a truly high-quality boiled meat outside of their home kitchen (and I assure you, I'm used to it being very good at home). The cheese cart also deserves a mention, which alone is worth the trip. The cuisine outside of boiled meat and cheese remains top-notch and guarantees an equally high-quality experience. Recommended for those who, like me, usually never order boiled meat with pear sauce outside of the home because "I doubt it's any better than the one at home." Like the "VIA" square in Monopoli, a visit once a year is a must.

18/01/2026: This is my second time here. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a young, friendly staff. They offer a set menu, with a choice of appetizers and first courses, or appetizers, first courses, and second courses. The price is excellent, and the quality is good.
