Camping Scaglieri Village Ristorante In Portoferraio

I stayed the first two weeks of July. The village is about ten minutes by car from the port of Portoferraio. The roads are also accessible for campers. Booked for glamping, excellent location in the upper part of the village near the restaurant, bar, reception, and pool. Two drawbacks for glamping options. The first is that behind the structure is the road leading to Forno. The road is narrow, and cars near the village, due to the bends, honk. The second is the soccer field below, which is open until 11:00 PM. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The reception is excellent and always ready to help (24/7) if you have any problems. They are quick to report any problems. They resolve the issue within a few minutes. The market prices are a little higher than usual, but that's okay. The restaurant offers excellent cuisine, good pizza, and the staff is qualified and very friendly. Throughout the resort, the customer is truly important, and they care about satisfying them in every way, without objections, wherever possible. Beach. There's a nice staircase to get there. No problem on the way there, it's downhill. But on the way back... I was out of breath 😅😂. Sandy beach with a gently sloping seabed. Beautiful sea. Bars and pizzerias on the beach (with slightly higher prices). But all in all, okay. Wonderful holiday. We'll be back.

This property is in a fantastic location, facing west, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Well-organized, complete with all amenities, and super helpful staff. We had a wonderful time. Thank you, and see you next time.

Stay: July 2025 Location: Very nicely situated, wonderful sea views, central location, making it easy to get to any part of the island by car. Parking: Covered, nearby Rooms: Very clean, well-furnished; you can sometimes hear the restaurant's ventilation or air conditioning units, but it's not a problem. Restaurant: Excellent dinner, breakfast buffet could be improved, but adequate. Shop: Has the essentials, but is rather small. Service: Courteous, friendly

We have been returning to this paradise for 4 consecutive years, this campsite is well organised, quiet and offers a wonderful view! The staff is friendly, helpful and very hospitable, we can always count on the legendary Gigi who always has an eye for us! It has become a second home for summer holidays. We stayed a week in a chalet for 3 people. Our structure (Jolie) is not brand new but still well maintained and clean, with a good supply of dishes. The veranda and outdoor spaces are very comfortable. Sea view with fantastic sunsets. The campsite is well organized, the common areas are clean and well-kept. Obviously given the location there are many ups and downs. Scaglieri beach is only about thirty steps away, while Biodola and Forno can be easily reached on foot in 10/15 minutes. It is possible to approach the structures by car for loading/unloading, and there are covered parking spaces reserved both inside and on the street. The staff is present and helpful, the kids at the miniclub were kind and not intrusive. We also really appreciated the restaurant, open for both lunch and dinner, the managers were very courteous.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera vista mare allo Scaglieri Village, prima volta in questa struttura. All’arrivo, dopo la cortese accoglienza in reception, l’ingresso in camera ci estorce un “WOW” improvviso: camera spaziosa, molto pulita, ben arredata, veranda con tavolo e sedie/sdraio, bagno grande, Wi-Fi, TV satellitare, aria condizionata cassaforte, asciugacapelli, prodotti di cortesia, frigo; senza trascurare servizi come ristorante, bar, piscina, parcheggio, riassetto giornaliero della camera. Un tre stelle che potrebbe competere tranquillamente per un livello superiore. La nostra vacanza di una settimana è stata allietata anche dalla qualità del ristorante, con piatti di pesce fresco ben preparati e ben serviti (anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte); il tutto arricchito dalla simpatia, “ospitalità” e competenza dei fratelli Adriano e Mario. In una terrazza con vista sul mare, con appuntamento immancabile con il bellissimo tramonto. Potrei citare alcuni piatti in particolare, ma avendone provati parecchi, rischierei di dimenticare di citarne qualcuno. Grazie a tutto lo staff che ha reso possibile tutto quanto sopra descritto. Cos’altro aggiungere? Se non che valutiamo da subito di ritornare il prossimo anno? BRAVI E GRAZIE!

English: We booked a sea view room at Scaglieri Village, our first time at this property. Upon arrival, after a friendly welcome at reception, entering the room extorts a sudden “WOW” from us: spacious room, very clean, well furnished, veranda with table and chairs/deckchairs, large bathroom, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, courtesy products, fridge; without neglecting services such as restaurant, bar, swimming pool, parking, daily room cleaning. A three-star hotel that could easily compete for a higher level. Our week-long holiday was also brightened by the quality of the restaurant, with fresh fish dishes well prepared and well served (the eye also wants its part); all enriched by the friendliness, “hospitality” and competence of the brothers Adriano and Mario. On a terrace overlooking the sea, with an unmissable appointment with the beautiful sunset. I could mention some dishes in particular, but having tried several, I would risk forgetting to mention someone. Thanks to all the staff who made all of the above possible. What else to add? Except that we are immediately considering returning next year? WELL DONE AND THANK YOU!

In addition to a camping area, Scaglieri Village also offers rooms. I stayed in one of these. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-organized. There are large wardrobes and chests of drawers to put your clothes in. The room also has a small balcony overlooking the sea. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is large and I appreciated the shower with the option of having both a low shower head and a large shower head at the top, where you can select which one to use.
